Upon successful registration, our mentor will collect and review the mentee’s details to define personalized goals.
The mentor will then suggest multiple career paths and help the mentee to select the most suitable goal.
Evaluate your defined goals, and your mentor will provide customized assignments aligned with those goals.
Review the mentee’s assignments and provide a strategic plan to achieve their goals.
Once the goal plan is successfully created and the mentee selects their skill, the mentor will analyze the mentee’s skill in relation to the goal using the Skillometer assessment.
After the assessment, the mentor will provide a customized strategic plan and share an improvement plan to enhance mentee’s skill.
Once the plan is created, the mentor will assign tasks and conduct a final review, followed by sharing a continuous skill improvement report.
